100l doesn't have a lot of power in the way of torque it was never meant to have linkage but there's no thinking to stop you fitting it but you will need to be creative with any ptos.
If you passed your car test before 1997 you can drive it as its max weight will be around 7.5 tons you may get it plated below 3.5 but that's about what it weighs empty better to get it registered as agri as that's what you want to use it for. Just bare in mind the lack in power.
