I log everything over 3" for use at home. I don't give much away unless I'm in a hurry to get a lot of stuff cleared. Any wood is good wood when you burn as much as we do. The small logs don't need splitting either and I'm a lazy sod!

I'm sure when I've got a piece of kit large enough to run a decent splitter I may change but for now I've got a 12.5hp kubota and the hydraulic flow rate isn't up to it. It's a sad day when the axe has to come out!
