Hold on a mow jus taking a closer look I think I can see an oil cooler on the front from a torque converter if you want to drive something like a chipper or a flail then this gearbox is no good to you it's perfect for a winch but no good because it won't lock up solid. I knew a fellow who had a 417 just like that he sold it to a chap in the north west. Still a nice Mog though. And a gearbox swap would be around 5k 
But good 417s comand anywhere between 15/20k
