Hi Brian,

thanks for the quick reply. Yes, so let's wait until the first Unimog Club UK will grow bigger, as the Unimog-models itself have been many times subject at the OLDTIMER TRAKTOR magazine. There is more interest by my chief-editor, to visit a club abroad and report about. So I would be happy if you put me on your newsletter list and, depending how fast the club is growing, maybe next your in personal?

Again, many thanks and best wishes from Germany,

Michael :-)

Hi Michael, Welcome to Unimog Club UK,

I would certainly be interested in meeting, I myself can talk about Unimogs all day and never miss an opportunity to get my photo taken next to one  :D

We're a relatively new club, but we are fast growing. Myself and the moderators on here know lots of people with Unimogs, and also many Unimog dealers in the UK.
We are attending a small show for classic tractors called the "Newby Hall vintage rally" http://www.unimogclubuk.com/north-england/newby-hall-vintage-rally/ , last year there were 7 Unimogs, that was before Unimog Club Uk was made. But i dont think that is enough Unimogs for you, I'm sure if i speak to a few people and spread the word we could arrange a meeting of Unimog owners for a photo shoot, if you are interested you can contact me by this thread, or by sending me a personal message :)

I shall also send a news letter out to inform people about this thread.

Cheers, Brian  ;D

Hello,

I'm Michael Schäfer from Germany. I haven't any Unimog, but I'm a freelancer motoring-journalist, writing for Germany's best selling magazin for historical agricultural machines, including tractors and - of course - Unimog. My chief editor like to feature the scene outside Germany and want to have report about Unimog-enthusiast in Britain. My question now is: Where (at which event) can my photographer and find the most Unimog-owners in Britian?

Thank you all in advance and best regards from a very "autumn-like" Germany,

Michael
