Lol u really need a proper job or gf. Keep trying though....
Unimogs and Combo vans don't exactly impress the ladies do they?! You carry on being single fella, women are nothing but trouble! :D
-
a lot of the early mogs had red wheels, just something they did at the factory. i know the 411's definitely did, and i think some of the 900s did.
-
Why should they be red then? ???
-
i dont know, i try heloing out and all i get is grief! :o and says you, im only 19/20 ive got plenty of time, its you that needs to get into gear! :D
i cant turn it black or grey, not without a LOT of time and effort, to which you would have to pay me ;)

-
for the moment (to cover the rust) shes off black, then, if i can find the right paint and find somewhere to get it from, i'll go gun metal grey. think i'll have everything from chassis under in black. then again the black is starting to make her look a bit meaner :)
-
gun metal grey, possibly red wheels like they should be 8)
-
My choice would be bright yellow I reckon, with black wheels.
-
well she should look better when i paint her this year, i hope ::)
Thats if you ever decide on a colour ::)
-
well she should look better when i paint her this year, i hope ::)
oh and the answer to how much vodka...... dont know he was on cider :D :P
-
Njc i'll let u ave a go in kassy if ur ever up unless shes to ugly lol.
Ugly or not I'll have a go in most things after a few beers! :D
Seriously though, thanks. Just because I'm a bit picky about the cabs I like, that doesn't make your truck ugly. I'm not in a position to comment - I haven't got one at all so I'm well jealous!
-
Longest I've ever done is 3pm start, 7 am finish :)
-
It depends how long u take to drink so much. Theres a hockey tour I go on each year. 9am with the first bottles of stella, beer between matches (we usually get to the finals) then drop off for a few on the way home finishing in town. Last year it was a 2am finish :D
Mmm whiskey i'll never say no to lol. Njc i'll let u ave a go in kassy if ur ever up unless shes to ugly lol.

You're not missing much if you do decide to avoid it. It's like the 80% stuff, but the burn is terrible! It's good if you syringe a little bit into oranges and other fruit for summer parties though and tastes pretty nice that way.
-
frankly i stay well clear of whisky, and only drink vodka on nights out. i took a shot on my 19th birthday night out though, and people were watching closely, when i asked what was up they didnt say anything, then 10 minutes later a mate said they were checking to see if i was gonna throw up as most people do ??? frankly i didnt feel a thing, just a slight burn at the back of my throat :-\ i could tell it was strong but i didnt think that strong.
i certainly dont know if i'd even bother to entertain 95% vodka :)
-
To be honest it's more of a party drink than a regular tipple. It's far from pleasant. As a whisky drinker I get a little bit frustrated when people start to show off about how many shots they can handle. Most of my beer drinking mates for some reason think it's big and clever to be able to down a large whisky or sambuca - a little 25ml measure of Polish certainly thins the crowd out a little and most people won't take on a second! ::)
-
mum says its your teeth you want to worry about as well, it rots them away. yeah, dad says it was stupid now when he looks back :)
-
Well if that's the case I certainly wouldn't say no as long as it's somewhere simple like around a field. I wouldn't want to drive something that tidy and expensive anywhere I could damage it! As for him being there I'd want someone there to remind me what all the bloody levers do! Talk about complicated! :-[
I did pour myself a shot of my Polish a while back and spilled a little drop. I walked the the kitchen to get a cloth and by the time I got back the coaster was dry again... I hate to think what it does to my stomach! Even having a drop of that every now and again hasn't prepared me to your dad's level though - 28 cans would kill me! :o
-
christ! 95%, dont leave the top off! :o i highly doubt that he'd need vodka, if you speak to him nicely enough he'd probably let you drive as long as he sits in with you. the black ones great fun and surprises a lot of car drivers, but the green unimogs such a comfortable machine to drive 8)
Dad once went trialing (back in the days when he trialled landrovers! :o ) and on a night its always full of beer, so dad took his usual cider back in them days, 8.4% 500 ml cans, 28 CANS! :D so he drank 28 cans in one night, then the next day, he won the trial! :D He freely admits that he cant drink as much as he used to these days though, and i freely admit that i cant drink as much as he could :P
If it was my 411 he could have a drive, unfortunately though i doubt mine will be ready :(
-
That sounds an interesting little drink :) you might be better getting Brian drinking and have a drive in the 411 :D ;)
-
As a spin off from the meet thread, just how much Vodka can Mr Moose handle? I've got half a litre of 95% Polish stuff - that's enough to put down an elephant but I'd be happy to bring more if needed! :o
Of course it's only a half hearted attempt at getting a short drive. I understand that this sort of kit isn't something to be played with lightly and you're not going to let random strangers loose in such a tidy piece of kit. Any chance of playing passenger at least, before the vodka comes out?! ;)
