U could prob spend what u paid for it again if it went to a dealer if its bad. Wonder if the gear box and injector ave been played with?
-
What sort of cost would you be looking at for a rebuild on an engine? I assume if that's tired it's likely the gearbox won't be far behind either?
-
Funny enough I was on their web site about 3 weeks ago but it wasnt on lol. Think price is a bit steep for it :/
-
this one is at www.jrfirby.co.uk
-
thats a boat engine though, which is running at a reasonably constant speed, whereas a unimog or car engine is being used at all outputs.
an om352/366 generally needs a rebuild at 10000 hours.
-
Strange, but as a maritime engineer an engine with less than 10 000 hours is hardly run in!
-
pushing it with them hours, will probs need an engine rebuild soon.
-
Where abouts is this one??
-

One of the estates I shoot for has one. What is it you want to know? I have no idea myself but can ask and get back to you.
