Brian my son is taking the Micky out of me ! Tanzania 😀 It looks like a long wheelbase in the picture  an 1100 that and if it's fitted with the om314 makes it a 413, kids !

Looks like a fare task you hav eon your hands there! Are you sure it isn't a 413 rather than a 403 as it looks very long.

416 drum brake machine will be very good offroad not the most powerful machine, cab doesn't look to bad, start at the bottom and work upwards hubs brakes diffs gearbox engine in that order as that's the order you'll find problems with.
Where abouts are you ? And what are you going to use it for ?

Hi All,

I have just joined the forum as I am busy re-building a 403 Unimog from 1970. This picture I have attached is of my Mog when I received it. Any advice and suggestions would be most welcome.
