Bit far down for me have thought about Dorset though.people need to organise small meets around the country as travelling unless you have a camper is a problem.
Will you fit Lpg to keep costs down ?

Thanks Moose, sure to have many, many questions.
Struggling with the lighting at the mo but I think I have a cunning plan!
Spent a few hours trying to figure out how to remove the bottom of the dash to get to the switch🤔
Investing in the workshop manual is paying dividends as mog is fairly unmolested.
Would like to get to a few shows in Europe this summer but waiting for ADAC to come back about Europe recovery as they are the only ones I have found who cover old motorhomes.
Is anyone going to war and peace revival in Kent?  Or maybe the Dorset steam show? Quite fancy both.

Hello and welcome 👍 the 404 is a fine Unimog and many peaple have traveled far and wide they have ther issues but as long as your not in a rush and you do some preliminary checks you will be fine.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and put some photos of the 404.

Hello all,
Just got a Mog 404 funk after many years of LR suffering.
Looking forward to meeting other addicts.
Currently based near Heathrow, but long term plans involve driving Mog to SE Asia.
Looking to attend meets and shows, thought I had found one in North Bayern but now can't find it? Any ideas?
Tia
