Hi Markus,

May Dad (moose) has a 1967 411C with lots of details on, including the doorskin with tyre pressures in PSI. I'm sure he will rely to this post  :)

Cheers, Brian

I thought Iíd post a few photos of the short break we squeezed in just before lockdown2.  Despite a belt breaking at Gretna and being recovered to Atkinson Vos, Big Blue ran faultlessly.  We covered somewhere in the region of 1200 miles from Glasgow to Landís End and back.  There are some very tight lanes in Cornwall but driving a Unimog itís almost always the other driver who reverses back straight away.....

Unimog build threads / Special Tools for Unimog 411

Hi Unimog fans,

I just finished a book about special tools for the Unimog 411. I contains 22 drawings for re-manufacturing special tools and equipment for OM 636 motor and UG1/11 gear box. Based on original Unimog tools. Unfortunately it is only in German language available, but the drawings are multi-lingual.

I donated the manuscript to the Unimog Museum and you can order it at Buch und Bild Verlag (www.buchundbild.de), part of the Unimog Museum.

May it help the Unimog fans in UK, too.

Best regards,
Markus

HI,

some of the export Unimog 411 were equipped with English labled instruments, like pressure gauge and speed meeter. Does someon has pictures how they lokked like? Also the warning stickers were in English, too. Pictures are welcome, because such vehiles are really rare in Germany.

Regards
Markus
