so, sunday morning came, and i started to strip the back of the van out. first off, the floor came out and all the lower trims.

then decided to fit the new jack mount and first aid mount, the first aid mount is made from some of the funkiest stuff ive ever come across

like little bit of plastic pipe squished together.

can fit these behind the rear panels now cause they have removable covers
the jack mount

if anyone knows where the breaker bar and towing eye goes that would be awesome.

then the first aid carrier

then i cut the floor out, the worst part was removing the actual floor, there were so many spot welds

its safe to say GM didnt want it to come out. once i got the floor out though the space frame underneath came out easy

then fitted the new b pillar trims, the old ones had cut out for the bulk head to mount to, so i got the trims from the other van.

after

then noticed that the handbrake mounting plate was rusty, so dintrolled it

so fairly chuffed with how its going so far, all needs a good clean out.
went down to megavaux again today, fortunatly i was already heading that way. spoke to them and straight away they sorted the job, got the backrest mount and floor extension. also got the door cards as they have a little "arm rest" molded into them

plus a rim for my spair tyre, dads of to get the imp motd tomorrow so i'll ask him to fit it for me whilst hes there.
As usual, thoughts, ideas, and opinions welcome

cheers, Brian
