M180 gasket set or good engine

Hi
 Just bought a 1962 404 and have smoking motor . any idea where to get gasket set rings etc ? or a good  motor would also be a way to go

Have you run her any distance maybe the rings are sticking also is she burning oil to the point you can see it dropping on the dipstick. Worth trying a few things off the internet before a strip down.

not run her far yet .  could be sticky rings but fouling plugs quite quicly
