Introduce Yourself / Mercedes M180 engine for free or if you prefer, donation to charity

Hello, I've joined this forum specifically offer a good engine that I believe would suit someone with a Unimog 404.
I'm swapping out the engine from my Mercedes 230.6 /8 - an M180. The bottom end is original to the car but the cylinder head is a Unimog variant and I believe the carburettor is too. I'm guessing a previous owner has done this for fuel economy as the standard specification would have been twin carburettors. Whether the cylinder head is low compression, I have no idea.
Anyhow, the engine is running very well with excellent oil pressure, I recently swapped out all the electrical leads, plugs, points, rotor arm, & distributor cap then drove down to Le Mans and back without it missing a beat.
The engine will be available for collection in the Barnstaple area of Devon in the next few weeks, e-mail me if interested.
Oh, I'm not looking for any money - just trying to keep a good engine in circulation though if you wish to donate what it's worth to your favourite charity that's up to you & would be a wonderful thing.
4 speed manual gearbox is available too - I suspect that it won't suit a unimog as it's not 4wd but I don't know.
