i am on with it chaps, just before christmas i got most of the documents made, (inbetween my hectic work schedule  ::) christmas was the first proper holiday ive had for 3 years  :o ) but then my hard drive crashed, and wiped them all out :(
so ive got to sort them out.

and if somebody wants to start a list of good events to go to with their unimogs, i'll make it a sticky ;)

Have you tried pulling the info from the hard drive? Even after a pretty major failure there are companies who can get to their contents. It's not cheap, but compared to the time you will spend trying to do everything again it's not so bad!

Too much time spent looking at dirty things (Trucks of course)::)
I changed to Mac about 15 years ago and never had a major problem since, I would never change back.

The current plan for this meet is to use the same venue as a Landcruiser club I am in uses.  Here is a link to the Landcruiser forum Lincomb section  so you can see pictures of previous events and get an idea of the terrain.

I need some decent tyres before I start taking that on. Not sure I'd make it with what I've got! :D

My tyres were rubbish and I was OK.  Having said that, I've got more off road biased ones fitted now.

potentially yes, but as far as i am aware only one wagon, and thats already been taken, but there could be a layby somewhere that you could maybe park your truck?

I have sent the chap who owns the land, Tony, an email asking.  The place we are heading to is a working farm as well as an equestrian centre.  I know they have a horse event the same weekend as we are there but I am not sure how big an event it is.  If it is only a small one then we might be ok to use the area the horse transporters normally park on.

Will post up the answer when I get it.
