LOOK WHO'S BEEN ALLOWED NEAR THE 411

So this weekend, Brian and Moose let me have a go at fixing their little 411's door - it had a slight bit of rust!

I have decided that this mini mog is mine (sorry moose but its the right size for me) ;)

So here are some pictures of my efforts - Brian was supervising obviously, but got to do all the work myself.




Please bare in mind this is only the second time I have ever welded anything!




Personally don't think I've done a bad job!

Currently got the handle soaking in WD40 as its been a bit of a **** to get off!

So I haven't finished the door yet - will be done next weekend hopefully!

Did a good job :)

Does anyone know if you can get the tyre inflation chart that's on the drivers door from anywhere? You can get them in Germany but obviously they're in german, would like one in English really like the original.

im definitely up for doing more bodywork, really enjoyed doing it, and love learning new things.
also hoping to get some work experience in a garage/bodyshop in the near future anyways.
