:o  Now Hafs are nice, but a baby Mog is much cuter!
If only I had the room for another toy.  Hmmm, what can I sell?  Does anyone want to buy a couple of children?  They're very well behaved...

Haf's are a good machine, but offroad they're not a patch on the mog. brilliant for what they are though.
The biggest let down is the axle articulation, it's virtually none existent.
We've looked at a haflinger in the past ourselves.

Hi Daniel,

Saying they're not a patch was wrong, they're very capable offroad and are every well balanced, but we had a flex off with a haf in a 411, and the 411 managed more than twice the hight of the haf.
So I suppose it all depends what you're wanting it for :)

Yep.  I did some, er... "testing" a few years back.  We were looking at off-road capabilities of various vehicles.  We used a Citroen 2CV as a benchmark.  People are quite surprised when you tell 'em that their awesome off-road beast lost-out to a tin snail.  8)
