First time in the unimog

Took my beast out to play on Sunday to Sibbertoft pay and play
She is nice on the road even better off road lol
Broke a powered steering pipe with in the first hour so that made the day harder
Forgot to put 1 wire on when putting the engine in so she got hot and
Has an oil leak from rocker cover but that's it

looks like you had fun :P did you let the tyres down at all? it helps improve grip, especially on those tyres, they look like they have quite a hard ply rating :) how many times did you pull people out? and how many times were you pulled out?

Put a rope on the back 3 times twice was just a small tug was moving but not far 3rd time I was well stuck
Pulled out 4 or 5 landys no problems like they weren't even there
The missis loves that she pulled the mog out with a landy of all things lol
We dragged it home on the straight bar just cause it was hot and we were in a rush to get back
It only used half a tank say 50 quid that was setting of 8 30  fr tamworth goin to nuneaton to get mates  getting to Sibbertoft about 9 45 drove round untill gota b 3 pm

And no I didnt let tyres down was goin to just havein to much fun like a kid at Christmas
the tyres say 10 ply as farmer on the sides this any good
