As a Land Rover owner you should already have shares in BP. Mine would never keep hold of the fluids I gave it - diff, engine and gearbox oil, water. The only thing that rarely needed filling up was the screenwash bottle because it was sensibly sized unlike my Ranger!

Quality German engineering drops oil too?! :o

It's the one behind the front pto flange. Can't get it from under or the front but think I can if I tilt the cab.  :-\

Take it round to Brians. He obviously knows what he's doing so I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping, or even showing you how to do it. Isn't that right Brian?...  ;)

He knows he can anyway, :P pretty sure you just have to tilt it a bit, might even get away with removing the gear box cover :)

Cheeky bugger!  :-*

That Doka of yours is a nice truck. Do you guys generally only buy the rarer models?

if a rare one comes up we like to buy it, for example the other year there was a very early (chassis No. showed it was number 10 to be made!) 406 120 with round windscreen that was being broken, unfortunately though the owner said it was not to be put on the road for some reason :(
but if a good mog also comes up we might buy it :) depending on spec, condition etc

Why would a seller have any interest in what you do with a vehicle once you've paid them? And what's it to do with them if you did?
