I haven't been on here for a few days so only just spotted this. Nick, that's great news fella. Welcome to the world of having such oily hands you can't even manage to open your empty wallet!

As soon as you've got it home we need pictures. It's exciting when a new member comes up and shows us their mog, but it's even better when someone joined wanting one and finally manages to bite the bullet. I'm sitting here like a little kid in a sweet shop - I can't wait to see it!

As for driving it home, well if you're anything like me feelings will come in phases. First thought will be "oh yeah, I've just bought a Unimog!". That will be (very) closely followed by "I'm sure I'll get used to this", then "oh my god what have I done?!". When you get home you won't want to get out and may well do another trip around the block just so you don't have to go in the house and leave it just yet. I can't be 100% sure but that's exactly how it went for me.
