I'm not in the best position to judge but I think they're asking a bit much for that one. Certainly for me it has nothing on it of use and it's not cheap!

Yeah apparently half of leeds shut down lol.
It's a cheap mog to go snow blowing or a show piece. For a normal working mog its a bit stong on price lol. Then again, strip it and sell the bits off?? Then do all the stuff I've done to mine  :o 8)

 I'm thinking I'd like to avoid anything that's spent it's life covered in salt! How are the mog chassis for rust? It seems the cabs go, but I've never heard a bad word about the chassis? How come?

it also helps that in the early days they recommended spraying your chassis with old engine oil, not very environmentally friendly though :)

 9mm thick?! Christ, that isn't designed to break any time soon then!

I used to paint old engine oil on the back half of my landy chassis whenever I had a bit floating about - Land Rover have a built in design feature that does the front for you.... Seemed to do the job very well in the time I had it.

Don't get me started on my truck lol. Well my chassis pn the mog is still like new even after years of salt and snow. Pitty the cab wasn't the same :'(

 yeah, they are strong, but anything mounted to them has to be 3 point mounted to allow flex (hence immense axle articulation) , otherwise the chassis can crack, generally behind where the chassis strengthener is where the engine is mounted.

I'm on the Atkinson site every week. Get their newsletter email too. That £15k refurb job looks lovely but at £15k it's never ever going to happen. I recon I could push myself to £8k, and that would be pushing hard! £6k would be better! With a 3 point, PTO and 3 way tipper body that seems to be asking a lot lately. Go back a few years and you could get all that and freshly tidied for £8k. As fast as I save the prices are going up! ::)

Yeah I know what you mean. Think I got mine just b4 prices went up. I bought my mog from there and she wasn't advertised with links or pto but put an offer in for her. Sell u mine for 9k lol
