 I did wonder about the weight of the chipper on the front when not loaded. My plan has pretty much always been to carry on the back and switch it over at the job if both linkages were fitted. It's not a huge task, and being able to rear tip is a real bonus in confined areas. I don't want a huge chipper though, 6" would be plenty, so a don't suppose a rear mount would be the end of the world.

Going off topic slightly has that black rag top been on ebay - maybe a couple of years ago at a guess? It looks very similar to one that I very nearly bought!
