so, next we slotted some windows in the side, and a door, and also blanked the rear off, dad cut the original lift platform off when i was away getting some bits for the van. there are more (smaller) windows to go in at the rear sides.  :P




I especially like this pic, think it looks awesome  8)

few pictures of how the interiors coming on,

the white stuff is actually a light wood effect, where the ply is below the window we are going to be putting cabinets and kitchen, and above all the windows and along the front there will be cupboards.





The stainless door lent against the side is going in that hole  ;)

for insulation:

in the roof, 5-10 mm gap as the roof is rounded, with 40mm of "kingspan", then finishing material.
on the sides, 5 mm gap, 20mm "kingspan", plus another 5mm gap, then finishing material.
