Hang on a minute.... Front hinge? You don't mean the front mount do you? A little rubber bushing with threaded studs sticking out that locate onto the cab? If so you can't raise it on that, it needs that part loosening then the front lifting a few inches and the tipping brackets to be attached. Trying to tip it on the mount could (probably will) prove costly!

Oh and one last thing, where's the mog in that picture?
