When it come down to keeping things original I agree. But I also go along the lines that if it can be put back to what it was quite easily, then do it :)

True. It would be nice to be able to see when reversing!

So, my mirror arms... Not original I assume? I've never really taken much notice!

Nope, they're original ;) we turn the "second" arms in though, so the mirrors are in close. Only when you have a wide rear body do you need the arms out :)

I'm lost! I'll go out and give them a wiggle in the morning!

After a quick google search it appears that the mirrors on mine are huge! I want smaller ones - it may even lower the drag and make it go faster! :D

Tea break time is it? How's the weather up there?

I'm sat at home with a stomach bug... Nothing to hold me back other than being something that doesn't fit in well with site work! Might have to go out in the rain and wash the lichen off of the mog in a bit.

there should be 2 or 4 bolt holes (cant remember off the top of my head) in the chassis on the left hand side of the air tank where the second bearing bolts to the chassis for the pto

Think I've sussed it!

Also washed it and took some pictures. Check out the shiny paint (well, the bits that didn't wash off)...

The number plate doesn't come up with anything really, so I went for a breakdown of yellow mog. Elmo fitted the bill quite well ;D

Hi Nic, Villager thanks for the welcome.

Not me off to Poland, there was another guy you must have ‘met’ on Benzworld who has a 1300L, he was down south as I remember and has moved to Poland I can’t remember his name.

The vid has attracted a few visits, my lad posted it up a while ago. One of the new ones shows the new look. Raised the cab 4” and bolted on a few bits.

Your wash has brought it up looking well, is that snorkel standard ?

Air over hydraulic assist brakes?
