That's a very helpful tip, thanks. I've started fitting it with a large piece of steel angle but don't really like how it's looking. I need to get someone who's good with a welder to make me a bumper and include my din plate in the design. Ideally I would like to be able to unclip the winch and remount it on another plate of the same design on the rear, or on the linkage.

I did try to fathom a mid mount design but it's a bit beyond me to be honest. I don't know where to start and even if I did make it, running the cable would be a nightmare!
