Yes you could, I have one of the first 500 land rovers and i can do the hi-lo thing in that.
No syncromesh in reverse, a great shame, but it is 1/4 the price of a Mog
Why cant I brag, I have done it! With full permission. Vauxhall asked me to take a Fontera to the top, but baulked at the modifications needed.
Having said all that, if the land mog has hydraulics and a 3 point linkage at the back I may be interested!
mogs dont have syncros in reverse, g wagens do though
