I fInally found some 24v H4 LED headlight bulbs which fit within the existing headlight units on my U1300L. What an improvement !!
I think the difference is clear, but the photo really doesn’t do it justice.

I thought I’d post a few photos of the short break we squeezed in just before lockdown2. Despite a belt breaking at Gretna and being recovered to Atkinson Vos, Big Blue ran faultlessly. We covered somewhere in the region of 1200 miles from Glasgow to Land’s End and back. There are some very tight lanes in Cornwall but driving a Unimog it’s almost always the other driver who reverses back straight away.....
