Yes, I am now well aware of the situation, and see that there is a fine of up to £2500 & 3 points for EACH tyre, and that's before any complications which could arise following an accident for example. Luckily I don't have to drive it on the road, and won't until the tyre issue is corrected. I guess that since my Mitas tyres are very little worn, they will be worth a few quid which will offset the cost of replacements. Any offers? Size 405/70 x 20.
