yeah, i thought id leave that half blank as it explains it.
the 406 dokas were only ever for the Lufthansa, they are very rare because people got them and chopped them up into single cabs.
The shackle doesnt rattle, 406's with standard springs are quite smooth, our 406 145 (145 stands for doka cab 406) also carrys quite a bit of weight, which makes the ride super smooth.

and the 406's arent that loud if they have the sound proof engine cover, you can have a conversation easily
