Some external panels are available, I`ve not seen internal panels for sale, but not to hard to fabricate replacements your self.
A couple of the well know uk dealers or ebay.de a good place to start looking.

I hope your cab has less rust than mine did, it was a few weeks of cutting and welding to get it solid.
Does your Mog have a pick up hitch, If so may I have a picture of it as I am missing a piece and want to copy one?
Being in Wiltshire means you are close to Ken Day, If you need any help he is one of the best Unimog guys I know.

What type of hitch do you need a picture of? I`ve got a ARM(I think), type, a PUH hook, and clevis above, similar to the type fitted to deutz tractors of a similar age.
