Unimog Club UK Meeting 2014
« on: April 29, 2014, 10:27:15 pm »
Hello everyone,

Well, it's time to post up the details of the UK Unimog meeting, I know that many people have been waiting for this, and I've been rather slow at sorting it out, but it's here now :P .

The event will be held at Lincomb equestrian centre, and is to be held from the 11/07/2014 to the 13/07/2014, as can be seen by the document attached.

The event will be a gathering of Unimog fans, and there are potentially Unimog dealers attending, this thread will be updated when this is confirmed. We will be having a communal fire on the evenings, where we can all talk and share stories :) During the day there is an off-road site to have a play on and see what your mog can do.

To sign up for the event, simply fill in the form attached, and post it to the address shown on the form with the relevant payment and a stamped and addressed envelope, a pass will then be posted to you.

There are limited spaces so it's a case of first comes first served :)

Please put a post up on this thread if you have sent the form and payment :)

If there are any questions or if anybody that's helped with this has anything to add feel free to chip in.

Also, please share this with anybody you think would be interested.

Cheers, Brian

You're kidding?! That's something I really would love to see. I filled out my forms last night... Being a bit slow on this but it'll get done. I'm not the most organised of folk!

I've just sent my payment over to you. Still not posted the forms yet but will see if I can find them and do it today. Hopefully the mog will be in a fit state to get there. It's a bit on and off at the moment so it depends what crops up and whether it's running on the day. I may have to arrive in the Ranger if all else fails but will definitely be there one way or another.

And I just found my insurance document... That was the bit I was really worried about. I've got a habit of filing these things "in a safe place"!

Hi,

that sounds fantastic! And the date is perfect chosen, as my photographer and I will come to Britain for our annual photoshooting-tour at that time. So we could drop by for an report about British Unimog enthusiasts for our magazine LAST & KRAFT. Please keep me informed, how many vehicles will come and what the program will be.

Many thanks from a quiet wet and chilly Germany,

Michael

Unfortunately due to an event commitment on the Saturday i will only be able to make the Sunday. :-[

Plus i dont really do tents anymore unless they are tin with wheels  ;)
New challenges every month, but driving one cannot be beaten.

£50 if you want to do both. Or at least I hope so because I've bought Brian a crate of beer otherwise! :D
