Right, now to take out the bulkhead. should have been a 10 minute job but it turns out the ply floor in the back was covering a couple of mountings  so i had to take that out.

then i took the bulkhead out and the floor, and after a bit of a clean i revealed a fantastically straight floor

then i put the floor back in, heres a pic with the bulkhead out.

turns out the bulkhead is to small for the sub, i could make it fit with some modification but im looking at several different ways, so im gonna have a think first.
