right, got my head unit and trim on tuesday, fitted it that night, had to go to halfords for the wiring adapter.
here it is all in,

then i was finaly able to wire my amp up to my radio:D i used rca lead and ran them under the gearbox tunnel trim and then under the carpet to the amp.
then i used 6 core wiwi instead of speaker cable as it looks tidier, to wire up the sub and 6x9s,

i plan to get a six pin multi plug next so i can just unplug it and remove it 
then i struck it all up and listened to some music! not befoe putting some port holes in for the 6x9s

pleased to say that i think ive got the balance for everything just right, can hear the symbols and voices and drums and everything perfectly complete fluke off course

next on the list is the 6 pin plug and cloth line it, im also going to put some heavy curtains in, fixed top and bottom, to stop the noise coming through, and make it so i can open them to put long things in.
